We've had an excellent experience with Scott Fraser and with Gareth Thomas, who has managed the total refurbishment of our property's bathroom and heating system. This was done under very challenging circumstances – during the days of the coronavirus pandemic and within a very tight time schedule. Despite the many difficulties due to the pandemic, Gareth managed to complete the project right on time and to our full satisfaction. The communication with Gareth was always very pleasant, and he was patient and attentive to our various requests, going out of his way to make sure that all our wants and preferences be met within a reasonable price.
