From start to finish, the service from Scott Fraser has been of a very high standard. It was clear from the initial valuation meeting that they had done their homework on the property and were fully committed to selling the property at pace and for a competitive value. They were also very responsive to my circumstances and able to advise accordingly. During the photography/brochure phase, they really took the time to showcase the house at its best and the viewings themselves were delivered with utmost professionalism and in a way that accommodated my availability too. The service since receiving the initial offers right through to exchange has been fantastic. Lydia has been highly responsive and couldn't do enough to help.
