Adrian and his entire team at Scott Fraser made a delicate house purchase and sale happen, which undoubtedly would have fallen through had it been one of their local competitors. The complete level of service from all areas of his team kept things proceeding in some tricky circumstances, pushing things forwards, and communicating to all parties. I have always found everyone efficient, helpful, friendly and flexible - when I had to spend a couple of months overseas they took over the full management for the duration at a very reasonable fee. So when my circumstances altered a year ago I had no hesitation in changing to the Full Management service permanently.
