As a first time buyer I was new to the whole process, but David and his team were on hand at every step of the way and made it a smooth and stress free process. Many thanks to David and his team who sold us our bungalow in Garsington 11 years ago, managed it when we rented it out to tenants and then sold it - completed today. David has gone way beyond the call of duty and been friendly and helpful throughout - even going out with an electric drill to fix a curtain pole when we couldn't get there to sort it. A local agency I highly recommend. I rented 2 flats in Wheatley with them for 5 years and it was a smooth and trouble-free experience. Properties they offer are of good standard, well-kept and in perfect working order, with no hidden problems. A nice family-like atmosphere of a small company, quick reaction times to any questions and problems, and a fair approach to inventory checks are the areas in which Wheatley Estates excels in comparison to other agencies, especially the bigger Oxford-based ones. If I were to rent in Wheatley again, I would definitely consider Wheatley Estates over any other agencies in the area.
