I passed over the management of my property to 26 Letters in November last year and their service has been invaluable in so many ways. My property needed a fair bit of work doing to it before it could be let out again. Their knowledge of Landlord regulations is second to none in the area and their advice at the outset enabled me to plan and schedule in the works that needed to be done to make sure my property complied with those regulations. This gave me peace of mind which is so important for a landlord. Andy is very hands on in terms of practical knowledge and assistance and this helped me enormously. Maria was instrumental in finding an excellent tenant for me and she and Kim were super efficient in pulling all the documentation together that needed to be signed. Everything 26 Letters did for me prior to letting my property was superb and I can’t thank them enough - it felt like we worked together as a team to get the property ready in time for the tenant to move in - and that is something I really valued - as nothing seemed too much trouble. It runs through their business that they care genuinely about the properties they manage and the tenants and landlords they help. I recommend their services highly to any landlord looking for an excellent letting agent to manage their property.

We were recommended to 26 Letters as agents who could be relied upon and provided good value. Although early days we have been impressed with the project management which allowed us to bring the property up to standard as remote landlords and within a tight timeframe. I have no problem whatsoever in very strongly recommending 26 Letters Letting Agency. I have been a landlord for many years and during that time have dealt with five different agencies, I can honestly say that 26 Letters are the most professional and efficient of any of them. In terms of responsiveness they are easy to contact and act very quickly on requests of all kind. All of those involved with the running of 26 Letters show an excellent understanding of the needs, demands and indeed likely pitfalls of property letting as well as the legal implications and undertakings of both tenant and landlord. There charges represent excellent value for money and they are extremely thorough in all aspects of their work. The detailed nature of their property inventories is a classic example of this. They are a family run business and this certainly shows in terms of the individual attention given to the needs of the landlord and from what i have seen those of the tenants.
