Absolutely thrilled and bowled over with the service offered by Eleanor and her colleagues. Nothing but the best from start to finish. Brilliantly communicative, helpful, professional (and fantastic value for money) - need I go on? This is probably the easiest transaction I've had with any estate agent. I was in need of a valuation of a property done for Legality Purposes - - but wanted to stress at the outset to the agents in question I had no intention of selling the property. Naturally, I was rather trepidatious of this, given to thinking that an estate agent would not be overly interested in a excursion with no sale to be made. However, upon contacting Bairstow Eves Peterborough, I was visited upon appointment by the friendly professional Kieran. He was a credit to his employer, taking the time to conduct a thorough valuation and engage in helpful tips about renovations to the property over the years should I wish to proceed down this road. His service was exemplary and at no point did he attempt to ‘push’ a sale, offering a robust and professional service.

I needed a house valuation doing for remortgage purpose, rang up few different companies, and as soon as they heard that there won't be a sale out of me, they were not interested. Then I rung Bairstow Eves thinking it will be the same, but to my pleasent surprise, Chris Long was beyond helpful and booked a visit to do valuation in no time. He did show up to the appointment on time, went over and above to help me out and explain all I needed to know, knowing ,that there will not be a sale out of this. I work in sales myself and I know how quickly some sales people loose interest in customers if they can sense there wont be a sale of it, so employees like Chris adds a huge value to the company, he values every customer and treats them all the same. I am 100% sure, I will recommend him to my friends and family and if we ever need an estate agent, I will go see him!

I used Baristow Eves recently for the sale of my property. I was really impressed with the effort that was put in to selling my property quickly. Before the advert was posted there had been 3 viewings; within 4 weeks the house sold for over the asking price. I was kept updated at every stage of the process, and working with Shafiul was a pleasure. Compared to other estate agents Baristow are definitely the better option. I used another one previously that one maned 4 viewings in 12 weeks. Baristow got more viewings in 1 week and for the same property. Great service, great sataff. Highly recommended.

My partner and I were looking for a property to rent with our 2 dogs, which was pretty hard to find. On contacting practically all the agents in the city and asking for them to keep our details on file, incase anything came up which we were looking for, none of them did. Except for this agency and a very helpful man called Curtis. He was extremely helpful, not pushy at all, regularly checked in on us but in the right proportion, he was just generally so helpful. We did find a house in the end with a different agency who accepted our dogs however on getting a courtesy call from Curtis not long after we signed the paperwork, he again was helpful and sent us some details about contents insurance. The service that they provided was to be of significant and substantial improvement; from the initial evaluation of the property, to a speedy sale and a quality “after care” package whilst the conveyancing was progressed- this was particularly comforting as the buyer’s solicitors were, to put it mildly, not the best.
