We recently purchased our new home through Cannon & Co. and Tania, the owner was absolutely amazing. Although Tania wasn’t actually our Estate Agent we had more contact with her than the Estate Agent we had used to sell our property. Tania kept us informed of everything that was going on and how our purchase was progressing and made the whole process less stressful. She worked very long hours and it didn’t matter what day or time you contacted her, if she wasn’t available she would always get back to you. A top Estate Agent with the personal touch.

After receiving some terrible news & service from another agent on the 23rd Dec, Tania came round as a surprise Xmas Eve with a gift, a virtual hug & support to try and save my Xmas a smidgen.
