Basel and his team worked very hard to keep us warm over the Christmas season, we had boiler issues that affected the heat in the apartment. He continued to hear our grumbles and supported us throughout the process and we are so grateful to the Homesabout team and their great service!! Since I came to Homesabout in 2016 where there was no hope for me from other letting agencies I was able to get a home for me and children. I used Homesabout Lettings when I moved to Peterborough ten years ago and I am happy to say that the services they provided were exemplary and one of the reasons I stayed at my rented property for ten years. As someone who had never rented before Basel and his team provided a professional service and always went above and beyond. If something was broken or needed repairing Basel always ensured it was assessed within 48 hours of being reported and his network of tradesmen not only got the job done but to a very high standard and never with any complaints. The best company ever! Little gem hidden away in Thorpwood (Peterborough) Basel & Paula went out of their way to help me find a place to rent just when I was about to have a breakdown. I instructed Basel at Homes About to assist me with a difficult tenant and subsequent house sale. From our first contact, Basel was extremely helpful and talked me through all of my options as a landlord. My tenant had mistreated my property and took no responsibility for the condensation issues, despite a full Council report being prepared confirming that they were fully responsible. They left my property a mess, with broken furniture, missing items and a severe mould issue. I would urge anyone reading the reviews to ignore the one left by Abby I. She was my tenant and I can honestly say that everything she has said is untrue and damaging to a local estate agent that has over 20 years experience in his field. Since exiting my property, Basel then assisted me with providing advice on refurbishments and this lead to a quick sale with very satisfied new owners. I would highly recommend Basel and the Homes About team.
