Optimum Lettings & Property Management is the only top and the best agency in the UK and no other agency is even comparable. I been working with wonderful Agent Lisa, she is very knowledgable and has hands on the property which she deals with. I really love the every step of the process where she gives proper information, regular follow ups. This makes any one comfortable as to what stage the application is. This kind of professional service which she provides is no where to see with any other agency. Lisa has been amazing and wonderful. I would highly recommend this Agency and I'll stick to this agency till I live in the UK.

We usually dealt with Carl, one of the property managers, who I always found to be helpful, informative and responsive to any emails and phone calls. Whislt we had very few issues during our time in the property, any concerns we had were dealt with very quickly.
