As a first time landlord we weren't sure of all the ins and outs of letting. But Sharon from Pennell and Partners helped guide us through. As an independent company Pennell & Partners doesn't treat you as a transaction. So if you are considering letting your property or finding a place to live as a tenant, use their services. They're professional and friendly and have ethics. There are a lot of other companies around - trust me I know. We only went with Pennell and Partners. Their management rates are very reasonable. But above all we feel they treat us very well and keen to get the right tenants in. So well done. Pity there are not more companies around like you.

Pennells were so efficient throughout our entire tenancy. Any queries or problems were responded to and resolved quickly, the property was maintained to a really high standard including re painting our front door. Checks were completed promptly every 6 months to ensure the property was safe and fire alarms were functioning. The checkout process was also completed really quickly with our deposit being returned.
