We had multiple offers following our open house and within a week or two had officially sold. We also bought through SQ - an off market property which we really appreciated being shown! I have had some great news last week on Friday. My mortgage was confirmed by Michael Johnson at Sharman Quinney Ltd. The advisor I was dealing with was Michael Johnson. He was great. He gave me his mobile and email so I could contact him directly whenever I needed him and he replied within minutes. He got me a great deal on the mortgage and gave me sound advice which I understood by breaking down the jargon for me. Jay is everything you need/want in a letting agent. We rang to book a viewing and from the get go Jay was super helpful. He booked us in the very next day and within 24 hours we had our application in for a house. I cannot rate my mortgage broker Michael Johnson enough from the Whittlesey branch. Michael has helped me from the first time we spoke and I requested some professional help getting my first home. Where to start for what was a lengthy mid COVID-19 lockdown purchase / remortgage!! From the first meeting with Kellie Moden I was greeted by a straight talking, very pleasant and professional person. I was given multiple options that met the needs of my purchases and finances. Then we had lockdown and things seemed to go sideways as many of the staff I had been dealing with ended up on furlough and inevitably I ended up hopping around various members of the wider team.
