J. H.We attempted to sell our house once with multiple agents and it was an absolute nightmare.
This time we chose Smart Move, we told them up front we only want Saturday viewings, they were understanding and accommodating and actually it sold on the first day with 11 viewings taking place. Smart Move fully qualified the buyers before initiating the transaction.
Fast forward some time and through many ups and downs in the chain we have now exchanged on a purchase through Smart Move as well.
The whole process was a complicated chain of many different parties with different interests. Sam at Smart Move kept us fully up to date with everything as the transaction progressed.
When ready to exchange Sam took it on to become a point of contact for all of the parties involved, chasing solicitors, agents, vendors and buyers. Working in and out of office hours and really going above and beyond.
I won’t be moving again that’s for sure, but if I do it will be through Smart Move.
