I'm not usually one to write reviews, however after the exceptional service I received from Wilson & Co I feel impelled to share my experience. The patience, understanding and professionalism I received was second to none. Moving can be an extremely stressful time, which was made much easier by Wilson & Co. Special thanks go to Jo Gladdy who always went above and beyond and who even went out of her way to deliver paperwork for me when struck down with Covid. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to friends and colleagues and the welcome pack when I moved into my new home was an unexpected surprise!

An excellent alround service is offered and actually provided by this estate agent. Nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff at every level and most importantly they are easy to contact when you need them. We chose to use Wilson & Co based on our first meeting with James. Unlike other estate agents who are usually very coy about fees, hidden extras, and who promise the earth, James was very straightforward, open and professional. The photo package, web listing and social media preview videos for the property are really well done and we had a sale agreed literally days after the property was marketed. Jo then progressed the sale through with regular updates, all the way through to completion. The most impressive thing about Wilson & Co was the fact that the did everything that James promised they would do. Whenever we rang up, if we couldn’t get hold of the person we needed, someone else in the office was more than happy to help, and also everybody rang back when they said they would, which is virtually unheard of with many estate agents! We would definitely recommend Wilson & Co to anyone looking for an estate agent. They are a refreshing and professional example of how the industry should be.

My property was on the market for at least 4 times as I wasn't happy with the offers I got and James always assured me that he will only recommend a sale once he's satisfied that the offer he received was the best and he was absolutely correct. I have used Estate Agents before & I've got to say that Wilson & Co. represents a gold standard. I was very happy to pay their commission, as I really felt like they earnt the money.
