I have had multiple experiences of dealing with David, Neal and Joe from At Home Property. All of which are incredibly friendly, responsive, know their trade very well, and down to earth. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, however At Home Property made me feel the most valued, with the sense that my preferred outcome was as important to them as it was me. Their knowledge of the market and surrounding industry also meant if I required support out of their realm, they had the relevant contacts for that support. I couldn't ask for anything more, and I would recommended the team at At Home Property to all I come across as I feel confident that my recommendation would come away feeling as valued and satisfied as I do.

I have used At Home Property as a letting agent for around 10 years to manage my property portfolio. They provide an excellent service at all times. Dave and the team provide a personal service, are very professional yet very friendly and proactive. Their fees are very fair and far lower than most other agents, with very clear structure. They manage all maintenance and repairs using highly skilled local tradesmen with very low prices. Even during the COVID period they managed to let one of my properties and rennovate another in line with legislation and restrictions. They look after both the tenants and the landlords very well. I would say they go above and beyond.

After a bad experience with a different agent we came across At Home Property whilst looking for breakfast on Ebrington Street. What a great bit of luck, Neal and team have been fantastic from start to finish, they sold the property quickly and as we were not in Plymouth they also helped manage the property for us. They are very proactive and Neal kept us in the loop throughout the sale, by far the best agent we have ever used / dealt with, would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend At Home Property highly enough! We were really impressed with Jason when he came to talk to us about selling our home, he was approachable, down to earth and not at all 'sharky' like previous estate agents we have dealt with.
