The team at Barton Wykes are a joy to deal with, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. After spending 6 months seeking a suitable tenancy for my mum, I contacted Barton Wykes; the team wasted no time in understanding some of my mum specific requirement/needs and promptly suggested suitable properties. Referencing and contract signing was an easy straight forward process completed online and all within a couple of days of selecting a property. We felt that the Barton Wykes team viewed us as people and not just an application, I couldn’t recommend a letting agency more highly.

I began using Barton Wykes soon after they started. I had moved to Australia and needed an agent to look after my property and didn't I land on my feet. It was all new to me with renting but I soon realised that my property was in safe hands. Dealing with me may have been a challenge with the time difference but they were certainly patient in that regard. Any problems with the property they were very transparent and honest and would get a competitive price for me everytime on any work needed. My property is currently being let with Barton Wykes. This is the second time my property has been let with them, each time it was let within a few days of being advertised. They price properties correctly within the market place and don’t over inflate the possible rental to gain your initial custom, then ask you to lower the price to gain a tenant. This is obviously good for me as the landlord and good for tenants as they get good quality properties that are properly priced. Barton Wykes are a professional and friendly company that I will continue to use in the future.
