Great estate agents and priced much lower than competitors, would not hesitate to use them again. The marketing of my property was absolutely amazingly done and perfectly presented, this generated a huge amount of interest within the first few days of it going on the market. The photos and video tour taken by the agent were professionals done and gave potential buyers a realistic view on how the property looks. The team are super professional, Jon was extremely flexible and made sure everything was done to the highest standards! Fiona was able to manage the sale progress and talk me through the whole process advising me all the way. The viewings that took place were all done on time and feedback was given to me promptly, either the same day or first thing in the morning. Everything was easily managed through cross keys property portfolio website. My property sold over the asking price and within days of going on the market, I would 100% use this 5 star estate agent again and also recommend anyone to do the same!

Written as a tenant, I will say the service we have received has been fantastic! Any issues we have, have been repaired/replaced very promptly, and they even arranged a NEW upgraded appliance to be installed in under 48 hours of the issue being reported! I was updated every step of the way and felt at ease that everything has being handled and I needed to do nothing but report and the rest was left to them. Everyone I have dealt with within the agency has been nothing but helpful, but I have to add Lynne is a credit to your company. Her organisation and customer service skills are second to none!
