The experience with Fulfords was excellent from start to finish, despite the sale process hitting several bumps along the way (not the fault of the agents!). Jenny was the Fulfords representative who dealt with us. She was lovely and really made us feel as though we were always her priority. She gave us a good valuation, we had a great deal of interest in terms of viewings, and she was great at keeping us updated and then guiding us through the various decisions we had to make in a really professional manner. When the original buyer pulled out a few days ahead of exchange, she had the property back on the market and was booking viewings within the day - and because of the market, we ended up with a higher sale price than the original. So we had a really good experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Fulfords again. Thank you!

After originally putting our house on the market with another estate agent, our First contact with Fulfords is as a buyer of a property they were involved in selling. Whilst the estate agents we were paying were not helpful at all and whose were not conducive to a successful sale, we heavily relied on Jennifer and Gareth, who we weren’t employing at the time, to keep us informed on the progress of the sale. They were helpful, polite, supportive and always at the end of the phone whether the problem was theirs to solve or not. It seemed very fitting that when the sale of our house fell through, we changed estate agents and employed Fulfords. Within the hour they had the paperwork ready to sign and the photographer booked ready to put the house on the market! Fulfords arranged a number of viewings on a day to suit us and block booked afternoons for numerous visits to ensure viewings could take place with little disruption to our lives. They let us well informed throughout the process. Within hours of the first viewing we had offers and Fulfords supported us to accept the most appropriate offer to meet our needs. I can not recommend this company enough for anyone who is struggling in there home search. I have been applying for homes since January with rejection after rejection and this company is the only one that has phone me and made me feel that I have hope in finding a home. Jessica Acton is an absolute start, she has been phoning me with good and bad news about properties but then helping me apply for more straight away, she goes to the extent of even writing down my details on forms and sending them over for me to sign due to technology issues. If anyone is feeling hopeless in their search I 100% suggest you give this company ago they are so nice, friendly and make the stressful journey so much more relaxing.

They initially completed the valuations and Gareth came and did the valuations on his day off as we had travelled from out of the area and were only around for one day. They got us the maximum they could for our property and we were pleased with their service. We moved out before our sale was complete but this was no problem for he Fulfords staff who went above and beyond for us, even reading our meters! We have moved away from Plymouth, but next time we move I will be looking to use an estate agent from the countrywide group.
