If you are thinking about selling, these guys are just outstanding. They know the market, are efficient, always on the case without appearing too pushy and are highly professional in every regard. As individuals they are decent people and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our transaction. We put our house on the market in January in a particularly uncertain time, yesterday we moved into our new house! The process (apart from yesterday - moving day is always pretty intense) was completely stress free. Contracts and agreements between estate agent and customer are black and white, nothing is hidden. All of the staff are so helpful and approachable and will consistently go the extra mile all of the time for you. They show a genuine interest in getting you a great result on your property and when compared to other agents in the area who just flaunt their sales figures at you as a ploy to hook you in the decision as to who we wanted to market our house with was easy. Holly is awesome nothing more to be said, she is able to achieve results under immense pressure. She de-conflicted miscommunication between solicitors who seemed to lose their page quite easily and made our exchange and completion happen within a 2 hour window! When the legal people from the house we were buying failed to organise themselves properly, essentially she didn’t need to do the solicitors job for them but that is what happened, she went above and beyond for us as the customer! One million percent recommended from me, thank you!

This company leave the competitors in their wake. Prior to selling I visited every agent in my home town to discuss their business procedures and costs and really ask ‘why should I sell via them’. From the first encounter it was apparent LTC were head and shoulders above the rest . The disparity between agents is phenomenal with some well known agents being down right dire. In mine and my wife’s opinion one person stood out amongst a pretty amazing team with Olivia being solely responsible for finding us our dream home. Despite rejecting many newly listed properties Olivia was relentless in searching for a property that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and delivered.
