Their professionalism and caring was outstanding and their sympathetic approach to myself during this time whilst I was buying my first property after divorce was amazing. What seemed impossible at the time they achieved and were so helpful and kind. Today I became the proud owner of my property.

There were some issues along the way that meant the agents had to attend the property more than would have been expected, for different property and amenities checks. Tommy was very happy to work with my representatives and did a lot to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Julie too, kept things flowing well from the office, this allowed the process to be completed in good time. I would definitely consider look at purchasing through Maitlands in the future.
