Overall a good experience. Professional, speedy response to issues that were raised through their online portal. Did my best to take care of the property and they returned my deposit back in full. I would rate this company and our landlord quite highly as they seemed fair and were also generous in offering some compensation for food lost on an occasion where the refrigerator broke down and had to be replaced. My overall impression of Moorview lets has been very positive from my initial appointment where they went out of their way to make room to show me more then just the one property when I was booked in to see two. They showed great due diligence in making sure the room was in good health and if any problems arose they have been quick to solve them. When it came to the paperwork they were very patient and professional throughout. Customer service 10/10 The rooms I've seen all look excellent with a very modern minimalist finish. The one I got myself is perfect for solo living. Plenty of storage options and enough room for desks or other furniture. The kitchen facilities are perfect of a shared house environment with plenty of room within the kitchen for more then one house mate to cook without getting in eachothers way. The property itself 10/10

Finding a room was hassle free with Moorview. I went for several viewings of various properties until I found the one for me and Jennifer was nothing but helpful and attentive the entire time. The referencing was quick and simple - all processed within a couple of days - and moving in was a breeze!!

Great, quick service throughout and moved into the new place pretty quickly with no issues. The place is modern, kept clean and bills are reasonably priced. I had a slight hiccup afterwards but that was quickly resolved. Mo was great and understanding, which is rare to find when it comes to estate agents.

After living in a couple shared houses managed by Moorview for over two years I can only recommend my experience. They are very helpful and willing walk you through the process of moving into and living in their houses. They use an app called Arthur which allows tenants to manage their tenancy and communicate with them in an organised and professional way. You can use this app to raise any issues or emergencies you may experience so that they can be quickly and efficiently delt with by one of the Moorview team. The properties themselves are usually freshly refurbished and pleasant to live in. They have never had an issue with the heating being on. Although they are usually in the upper price range you get what you pay for. This usually attracts more mature professional young adults, so I've not had any issues with my housemates either. I shall miss living in a house managed by them.
