Firstly due to one technical reason or other it has taken 6 months to get this review published. I strongly recommend David of Sensible Move takes charge of your house sale. We instructed him just before the pandemic hit, he was the most honest and pragmatic, from the outset, of the three estate agents we used for valuation. The marketing of our house was professionally done. Obviously with lockdown viewings were hard to come by but with perseverance the third party to visit us eventually bought the house, just under asking price, but much much more than the valuation by a high street agent. It was always going to be tricky moving house during the pandemic but David kept us informed and from initial visit by David to the day we moved was 9 months. Sensible Move are cheaper than the typical high street agents, add to that the level of service given by David I can honestly say that Sensible Move are incredible value for money. I hope I don’t move again but if I did I would go straight to Sensible Move.
