I have recently purchased an investment property through Smeaton Homes. I found the process very easy and relaxed. I was updated regularly by their staff, Kiera and Dan were great and really helpful. Once our property completed, I then worked with their lettings team to rent my new property out and they had a new tenant lined up by the time we got our keys. Again, I found the full process very easy and was updated thoroughly. Thank you to all at Smeaton Homes, we will be using you again with our next investment.

I could not have asked for a better letting agent. They have been attentive, supportive and answered every query and solved every problem professionally and in great time. Alex showed me around the house and guided me through the process; she has also been brilliant at providing support and advice since we moved in. Whilst looking to relocate to Plymouth from Gloucester we looked at a property being marketed by Smeaton Homes. Dan was very efficient meeting us at the appointed time with all the relevant information about the property. Although the property was not for us he very kindly advised us on other properties we were looking at. He did point out that one of the properties we were interested in would require a full survey being a barn conversion and a basic survey was not permitted. This is something we were not aware of. He also gave us the names of local surveyors who he considered were competant and competitive. I would certainly recommend Dan and his his colleagues.
