She showed excellent skills in negotiating a fair way forward for both tenant and landlord. It was a stressful time for me as I was worried about my large bond in the property and felt I would be left with nothing left as the landlord seemed to want a brand new house back !!! I contacted Guildhall Lettings after a horrible experience with my previous landlord that left me feeling very unsafe at my old flat. I explained to them why my safety was now compromised and that I needed to move into a new flat ASAP. Guildhall Lettings processed all the paperwork for the new flat very quickly in order to help get me safe. All the staff were all so empathetic and compassionate to my situation and ensured me that I would feel safe at the new flat they are leasing to me. They ensured that the alarm system and video security intercom in the flat was working to ensure I would feel safe in my new flat. They were all so friendly and always made sure to make me laugh as they understood that I was very stressed because of my previous landlord. The new flat is amazing and they have given me a complete written guide as to how to maintain the property to a good standard. Their leasing contract is very professional in order to protect both the landlord and the tenant. Additionally, their pricing for the flat is more than fair and is in a very good condition. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking to buy or rent, Guildhall Lettings should be your go to people! I really cannot fault them at all as they helped turn such a horrible situation into a really positive new safe beginning for me. It really is true when they say "Not all heroes wear capes". Thank you so much to Guildhall Lettings for everything, I would recommend them over and over again!

We have been letting with Guildhall Lettings in the same house for nearly 12 years. In that time we have needed most things sorting out. Roof, boiler, external doors, electrical work and flooring. Sheds and more. Every time we ring up to ask for something to be fixed they have been very professional and have managed to get it sorted as fast as possible. I can not fault the teams dedication and attitude towards the tennents over the last decade. 2 staff we deal with the most have been there since we started letting. That just shows the level of dedication and loyalty there is there. Can highly recommend Guildhall Lettings.

I rented through Guildhall for 4 years and always found the team to be professional, helpful and friendly. I would have continued renting the property but was eventually in the fortunate position of being able to buy my own home. Guildhall lettings were great, as this can be a stressful time with expected plans changing, but they were very understanding and helped in every way to make leaving the property easy. We had our full deposit back about a week after we left, just as agreed and expected.

Have been with Guildhall for 18 months now and have always found them great to deal with. Katy is lovey and will go above and beyond to help you. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to Guildhall Lettings. Whenever we have had contact with them Katy is the one we prefer to deal with. Guildhall have been amazing agents, I have recently relocated to be closer to family and had a very positive experience at the property I was renting before the relocation. Guildhall were professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable and when it came to the return of the bond there were no problems or issues and it was returned quickly. I dont understand half these reviews.. over the past 10 years i've gotten to know each of the members of staff at Guildhall pretty well, they are and have all been in the past genuine human beings and have the time for you if you need it, often out of hours! we all have our busy times and maybe some calls don't get returned when they're busy but in all instances they have sorted what I needed sorting in good time. this is my third house Ive rented from the company, all have been in good state and I have no issues, I did have a small portion of my first deposit deducted but that was our fault and the terms and conditions stated the fact that any carpet cleaning was down to me to pay for, it makes sense to be honest. I fail to understand the complaints towards any deposits taken back for damage caused, that's what the systems there for. keep doing what you're doing guys, you're doing a great job!

Despite what the above states, this is Mark Cobb, not Emily Cobb! Had a property with Guidhall 2 years ago - service received was excellent. However - it transpired that I'd been paying them rent for 2 years subsequent - only found out this week. Contacted them - they responded immediately, explaining they'd been trying to contact me (they had) and refunded my money straight away.
