Had a really great experience moving into our first flat here. The team are all really friendly and create a lovely community feel. Special thanks to Michael for being so helpful in sorting out our issues and Howey for his hard work and always being friendly to chat to! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Such a fantastic stuff, especially the security fellow Howey who greeted me and welcomed me the moment I came with all my stuff. He even noticed I was exhausted and offered me and my girlfriend juice. Even tho it’s not his job or his duty he tried helping me by asking someone if they can lend me a trolley to make it much easier for me to move all the heavy boxes. Howey is an exceptional stuff member and I really hope HG Premier Lettings will see this review and commend him for his efforts at work.

My husband and I moved up from down the South and Michael from the lettings team has made such an amazing effort helping us settle in and sorting out all of our issues as they popped up. This team is 5 star. Moving in was so smooth and hitch free. Michael was nice and easy to talk to during my viewing and I decided on the spot that I was taking the flat. Howey is very approachable and has been so helpful since I moved in. I honestly can’t complain. The team is so professional and on top of everything!!

The residential lobby was decorated like hotel environment, comfortable and deluxe. I was drinking a cup of coffee over there with my family member yesterday. The receptionist Howey is kind and helpful. I have asked where I can get free newspaper so that I can know the local community more. To my surprise, he bought me newspaper and give me his advice where to get those newspapers. He is friendly and always greet me when I meet him in the lobby.

The apartment is located in the center of the city, which is convenient for living, but quiet enough to relax in the evening. The building has 24-hour security, a fresh air system in the rooms, a cafe downstairs and a terrace on the top floor. For students, it feels more like home than student studio. All the staff were very welcoming and the security manager Howey saw how tired my boyfriend and I were on our first day of moving and gave us juice and helped us carry boxes.

Words doesn’t make justice about the standards of these apartments.Absolutely amazing !! it’s a very safe place with 24 hour concierge and coffee pod right at the go to pick up coffee on the way to work.. And I should definitely thank howey who helped me a lot during the move and always there if I had any queries and made my move a lot easier . Never had to face any difficulty.A 5 star service !! Howey, Michael and the team at Bishopgate Gardens have been absolutely brilliant. Moving into a new apartment is always very daunting, but the team have helped with all aspects of the move in, from storing my bike to taking electricity meter readings. Howey and his security team have really made me feel safe, especially when getting back from work late at night. It’s really nice to know that whatever the time or day, there will always be a member of security present. This is in total contrast to the last apartment block I was in, where there was no 24h security - which led to some serious issues such as people breaking in and my parcels being stolen! I know that with Howey and his team there will always be a safe and welcoming environment at Bishopgate Gardens- thank you so much :)

Moving house can be stressful, especially in current times, but the support I received from the initial viewing right through to settling in has been exceptional. Quite happy overall with their service. Tom and Luke looked after our tenancy. They were patient and friendly, and were always happy to resolve any problems or answer any questions. One thing to be aware of is you move in to one of the properties without electricity. You need to call their service provider and sort it out. Took about 2 hours to figure and sort out. Overall good experience. Will recommend.
