My wife and I have just purchased a property through Jones Cameron and I must say they have been absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process, they have been there for us. They have been communicating with us extremely well. Responded to any request extremely quick, both to emails and phone calls. Have given us constant updates. I would especially like to say thank you to Katie. She provided an excellent service and also went above and beyond. Especially, when I was facing issues Katie was patient, helpful, and advised in the best possible way to ensure we got the house we love. Thank you Definitely would recommend.

I have been renting a property through Jones Cameron since March ‘21. From the very first viewing to me now moving out. The team have been second to none, always on hand with any issues at all. If any property maintenance has been required it has been done same day, within hours. Beth has been my main point of contact within the company and she is an amazing individual and any issues have been reported and directly resolved by her and any inspections had been carried out professionally and with plenty of notice. Moving up from Kent was something of a mammoth task with viewings required on short notice and acceptance required quickly to save future trips. We viewed 10 properties from 4 providers and none of them had a sniff on Jones Cameron. Beth was a fantastic ambassador for the office, representing her colleagues with a warm and informed tour of the flat. She was knowledgeable on the preferences of the landlord and of the tenancy particulars. When organising referencing and deposits, Jennifer's quick and understanding responses to our emails made the process fly and within 24 hours we were looking at contracts - a first for us! The move in and key collection was very simple and topped off well with a welcome pack from the office. Any snags we found in the flat were rectified within 48 hours and to a high standard. A cracking service from start to finish and as we are only here for 12 months, we'll undoubtedly be looking to Jones Cameron for our next place.

With regards to the latest review, accusing Jones Cameron of racism, this is wholly inaccurate, unfair and untrue. We have asked the company to let a property for us, and ensure all applicants have a Guarantor in place. When the person responsible for the review was unable to provide a guarantor, they accused Jones Cameron of racism. I will let the reader make their own mind up. I want to thank Jones Cameron, Dave & Barry for the amazing clean up they did to our back garden. Due to a recent storm we had we lost most of our back wall and shed. The shed originally was where we kept our washing machine, but Jones Cameron where there to solve our problems. They sent a plumber and an electrician to bring our washing machine into our house and have it reinstalled in the kitchen. Thankfully for the help of our estate agent and the workers they sent to us, our garden is just about back to normal. We can not thank you all enough for the work and professionalism you showed us. Since moving in last year, Jones Cameron have been there for us, no matter what issues we had they have always be on top of the situation. I can not express how happy we are to have Jones Cameron as our landlord. We rented a 4 bedroom property in Preston. The service from Jones Cameron staff is great. Quick to respond and so far most issues we've had with property have been resolved quickly. Still a few niggles e.g. Said the house would be cleaned and wasn't done very well and we've been in less than a week and the taps leak. I think they'd benefit from checking properties more thoroughly prior to renting and their online sign up app thing isn't the most intuitive All in all I would recommend letting from them based on experience so far. Can't say enough good things about Jones Cameron, found me a great tenant which I enjoyed 6 years as a trouble free landlord, in fact the house was left in better condition by the tennant than when I owned it! Then when I had to sell the house due to personal circumstances they were excellent at dealing with any request from the solicitors and helped get the sale done in an amazing turnaround time. I rented a property from Jones Cameron in 2014/15 in Preston. Peter, the letting agent was very friendly showing us round a number of properties in the area and answering our questions and Wendy in the office was always able to answer my questions. The property itself wasn't brilliant quality but on the main, whenever there was a problem the handyman was able to come round and sort it for us, and he really does work hard! It was really just the quality of the property that let this review down, but would recommend them if looking in Plungington in Preston

The team have always been polite and friendly and professional with any correspondence but should check the property is livable before handing over keys. I viewed my current flat that was being re furbished at the time and was reassured that it would be like the photos and description prior to moving in. I trusted the agency as had a positive experience thus far. They where not responsible for managing my property just the moving in and end of tenancy. Albeit I was shocked when I walked in and found no couch, no mattress shower and toilet seat not working and a mouldy dirty fridge freezer. The landlord was and is useless and doesn't care about his tenants. The agency acted quickly and arranged a new couch and mattress. I would encourage the agency however to check the property before move in as not to mislead new tenants.
