In the interest of honesty I'll start by explaining that I used to work for the company and had three very happy years there. I have also had Kingswood manage my rental properties well before, during and after my time at the company. My latest experience came in the form of what was supposed to be a simple relet which turned sour when the newly installed tenant upped and left without warning just days into the agreement. Thankfully, Joe was on hand to keep me fully informed - apologising even though there was no blame attached to him - to the point where yesterday a new tenant moved in at full rent.
