I had a wonderful experience staying at a shared en-suite accommodation by MyplaceinPreston. The room is very spacious and furnished with quality products. Even, the common space like Kitchen is very spacious and have lots of storage space. Moreover, Paul and Maddie are easily reachable and any problems are resolved swiftly. Overall, I had a happy stay 🙂

Paul and Maddy are fantastic landlords. Extremely friendly and helpful from the get go. The quality and price of the rooms are miles better than anything else in the Preston area based on my personal experience. I lived in a shared accommodation in a great location next to the town centre. The house it’s self was in great condition very clean plenty off space, the kitchen area was always clean and tidy, there was plenty of shower/ bathrooms once clean. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend this place or any of Their properties to stay in. All the house mates were friendly. Once again I would like to thank Paul & Maddy for been fabulous landlords nothing was a problem, finally I would say that if I am back working in Preston I will be contacting Paul & Maddy.

I rented a flat from Paul & Maddie for some three years or so. This was my experience: They were always kindly, professional, helpful, polite, and decent. Any occasional job that needed doing (as happens) was done promptly, and professionally. I found their communications (with me, a tenant) to be exemplary. There were no `crossed wires` or misunderstandings. None. It was a proper, straightforward professional relationship which served all parties well. Nor did I ever hear my fellow tenants speak of any dissatisfaction whatsoever. I always found them to be excellent, caring landlords. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul and Maddy have been excellent landlords. We stayed at one of their many properties for over a year. We had no furniture of our own as we had just moved out of our student accommodation. The property was unfurnished but on request we were helped with some furniture till we got our own. Any issues were quickly resolved. Rent was reasonable. Deposit was returned as agreed without any issues. Highly recommend the properties.

I've rented from Paul and Maddy for two and a half years now and have had no issues with them at all. As landlords and accommodation goes, you can't get any better. No problem has ever been too small or big for Paul to take care of, as all issues reported were assessed and repairs carried out within a couple days, can not recommend them highly enough.

The property was very well decorated throughout and maintained regularly, (unlike many landlords) with any repairs being carried out promptly and to a high standard. I am a Uclan student and I've been in Preston for more than three years and I have to say that my place in Preston is the best place to live . I lived in one of Paul's properties for a year and it was the best experience ever. Paul the landlord is just brilliant he makes sure that everyone is comfortable.we had zero complaints the entire year and you can easily get hold of Paul to be honest everything about my place in Preston is just perfect and you will have no regrets.Clean,beautiful houses that's worth every penny.The best part is everything In the house works heating,WiFi you name it. It is definitely the best place in Preston and it's impossible to find a better place.

I stayed at 18 Winckley Square for just under 1 year.It is a 10 bedroom Townhouse with 4 bathrooms,a kitchen and a televison/lounge area.There is also a downstairs basement where the electrics,boiler and tumble dryer are stored. As I have stayed there over both the summer and winter time I can confirm the heating works very well in the room I lived in room 6.The wi-fi is unlimited and great if you need to work from home on emails etc or are streaming or downloading movies,etc.The Sky system works well and I often used it to watch programs in the lounge area or download any of the sky programs to the planner.The tumble dryer was a great investment too especially with up to a max of 10 people in the house but more often 8 or 9 over a time period. Those are the positives which are good for any yearly or long term tenant.The only negatives I have are some of the tenants are a little selfish and dont clean up after themselves.I found pots and plates on the side 24 hrs after first seeing them!This is human nature not the fault of anyone else.This can be frustrating.My only downside with the landlord was that it took approx 3 weeks to get a new microwave when the original broke.A fridge repair of a shelf was not done for whatever reason and it took over 3 weeks to fix a shower in the bathroom. Other than that,due to its location and the other benefits the positives outweighed the negatives and there are some considerate tenants who do clean up and help with other things.Was rarely disturbed either considering on the square itself with the Olive Press on the street,traffic and near Avenham Park.The tenants were quite considerate with noise levels especially over a weekend. You could do a lot worse and the rent including the facilities is pretty good as you would pay more for wi fi and facilities elsewhere.

I would recommend using this letting agents. I only lived in one of the shared houses for a short period of time but found it excellent the finish and over all presentation of the house is at a high standard. Perfect for any working professional well worth the money and surprisingly well priced for location with everything being so close to all amenities.

If anyone asked me where to send their kids for a place to live during their uni studying in preston I would have "my place" in mind. Toby's place was decent in all respects and couldn't have wanted more for the money. He moved on this year to a different property but it has nothing to do with my place in preston as they were professional as you like.
