Generally, they've got nice homes to let. Whatever you see on their website is what you get . I had a nice experience with Northwest homes especially one of the staff Mr Salem. He was so helpful and approachable. He dedicated his time to make sure I get my current apartment. It was nice having a deal with you. I hope I get the best of you this way or more next time .

Amazing!!! The maintenance team pick the phones up at 10pm, it really puts my mind at ease knowing that. I have stayed with them for close to 2 years now and I've not a bad word to say about them! These bad reviews are crazy because they have dealt with me extremely well. They helped so much finding a property that suited me and i cant thank them enough, the agent was so lovely and talked me through so much as he was showing me round, very honest about the properties too. Also the nicest properties I've seen in Preston. Can't recommend North West Homes enough :)

I went to North West Homes to rent a new property for next year. The staff were very helpful and explained what I had to do. I'm happy with the property I picked. Being autistic, I was very nervous about being in an unfamiliar situation but they took their time to explain the different parts of the tenancy form and didn't mind me going away and speaking with family before making a decision. However, I will say that when I turned up for my appointment early for 3pm. I wasn't seen for 20 minutes and had to prompt staff to be seen. Viewing the properties also seemed like a mad dash where I felt I wasn't given sufficient time to process what was going on; while also having to explain to the staff member what my condition even was. I did feel overwhelmed. I think an awareness course on neuro-divergent/disabled people would be useful for staff as they are bound to meet a student like me again.

I am giving them 5 stars so that maybe this review will be seen. Northwest Homes deserves -5 stars. Their customer service skills is ATROCIOUS. Staff are UNCARING. I wish I had read the "bad reviews" because those are the REAL and HONEST reviews about Northwest Homes. Since pictures are worth 1,000 words, here are some that show a property that had been "CLEANED" before my flatmates and I moved in. Please do yourself a favour and READ the contract. DO NOT sign the contract unless you're happy with everything in it. DO NOT accept the NONSENSICAL "APPLICATION FEE" that so many people aren't mentioning. How strange that my flatmates and I got an application fee while so many others got a deposit. Northwest Homes is MONEY STEALING. Please don't trust them. Don't utilise their services. They don't care about their tenants.

Only ever had one issue in three years being the boiler and it was resolved out of hours with Salim as he always offers his personal mobile to assist which is something you dont get with other agencies. 5 Star Service!! Staff are very friendly, always available and ready to help. I have never been disappointed. I was locked out of my apartment on the weekend past midnight. I rang NorthWest Homes and someone was out to help me within 10 minutes. Everything was sorted out very quickly. That's what you call a 5 Star Service.
