We recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Very happy with the service from Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge. Chris was able to fit us in for a viewing of a property very short notice on a Saturday, and then helped us get everything sorted as quickly as possible for our desired move-in date. She understands the unique rules and sales process involved in selling a mobile home, liaises very energetically between the sellers and buyers to ensure a very smooth completion. She also visits the park regularly so understands the distinct nature of park home living and is able to help buyers who may be unfamiliar with it. I would strongly recommend her.

At reeds rains we have dealt with two guys that were absolutely amazing, Darren and Chris they have been very helpful, especially in the times we are living right now, with jot many people able to work as they are off isolating or anything else, these 2 have been awesome. I could always email one of them and would usually get a response back pretty much straight away. I'm the sort of people that is inpatient so I did ring few times myself if I didn't hear anything for a day or two but I would always end the call satisfied and knew what have been done already, what is being done in present and what they are waiting for. I have been extremely impressed with the lettings team at the office in Bamber Bridge. Rob (the lettings manager) has been an endless source of support and advice throughout the process of purchasing, renovating and letting our first buy-to-let property. When we were looking to buy a buy-to-let property, Rob came to view properties with us that were not even for sale with Reeds Rains in order to advise us on the work that needed doing to make the property suitable for letting and what the likely rental income would be. Once we had selected a suitable property, the purchase process and the subsequent work that we needed to do took much longer than expected but Rob kept in touch with us throughout to see how we were getting on and if there was any advice and support we needed. Once the property was ready to go on the market, Rob had the marketing arranged quickly and within two days there had been four viewings and three offers. Whilst we rejected the first three offers for personal reasons, Rob found suitable tenants within a week of the property going on the market. Throughout the whole process nothing has been too much trouble for Rob and his team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
