Reeds Rains agreed a sale on my house approx 5-6 weeks after it went on the market. The staff were really proactive about booking in viewers and following up with them. They gave regular, honest feedback and I was mostly happy with their service despite the obstacles thrown in by COVID19. What I would recommend is not using their legal services though, I had so many problems and they were 2-3 times the price of appointing your own conveyancing firm. The idea was that it would be much quicker and less stress which absolutely wasn't the case so thumbs up to the estate agents but get your own solicitor

My sale was dealt with by Sue Taylor and I cannot praise her highly enough. There was a problem with my title which conveyancing took an age to sort out, the Land Registry failed to serve notice once and then took weeks to respond. Throughout this, Sue kept in constant touch, kept the pressure on to get things sorted and dealt constantly with my poor stressed out buyer, keeping her in the loop and dealing with a lot of agonised calls from both me and the buyer. She was fantastic. This whole process would have been a lot harder without her. I should add that my house sold in about a month, the pictures arranged by Reeds Rains showed my house to good advantage and everything went very smoothly, aside from the title problem. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service from Reeds Rains. When I first decided to sell, I posted on Facebook asking who people thought the best estate agent in Preston was and got quite a few responses. All but one said Reeds Rains. I can see why.

Excellent service. Opted for sale by Auction. Buyers attended open day on 11 March, house sold on auction the following day and for £7,000 above the asking price. Everything from Viewings, preparation of auction pack and conveyancing all arranged with Reed Rains in Preston. I found the auction option much quicker than sale through the conventional way. Legal documents scanned and signatures done via email which was great for me as I live in Kent. Seeking to move from Herts to Lancs, I went on a mad three-day viewing trip over three locations. My first viewing in Preston on the middle day was with Reeds Rains, but the house wasn't quite right for my requirements. When she heard this from the agent, Hollie put her thinking cap on and mailed me a couple of hours later with another house she thought would suit me: I wouldn't have found it as it was over my price limit, but she explained there might be a little flexibility.
