Very impressed with the service provided by Harry and the rest of the Arins team at the lower Earley branch, who recently helped us sell our house in New Town, East Reading. Not only were they very personable, but you always felt they took our questions or concerns seriously, and would return calls almost immediately on the rare occasions you didn't actually get someone on the phone. We sold and also bought the house from Arins in 2020. I probably spoke and dealt with all the members of the excellent team including Alan, Dan, Theo and Ryan. However I would have to single out and praise Mr Harry Hook for his excellent service and assurances he provided us. He was always there for us from the beginning till the end. Pandemic made things a bit trickier as we were put into 1st lockdown the very next day after our house was put on the market. Harry and the team always communicated to us clearly and briefed us on the effect of lockdown which proved to be vital for us as we were thinking about withdrawing our property from the market. Likewise on the property we were buying from Arins, Harry made sure that we were always informed about what was going on. We viewed the property multiple times without any hassle. When it came to solicitor and conveyancing we did have problems but Harry played a big part in dealing with these matters too and the end result was that our house was sold on time to a highest bidder which allowed us to secure our dream house. I would highly recommend Arins to anybody who wants a friendly and professional service. Make sure you ask for Harry if you get the choice.

Great work by the team especially Harry! He was efficient and helped us every step of the way with our house sale. We originally went with an online agent but they fell through when the offers were made and we lost out on potential buyers. I can't praise Arins and particularly Harry Hook highly enough. We first came across Arins when viewing a house, liked their approach, and after asking around we heard good things from other people too. Harry had some different ideas about how we might sell our house and after running an open day we had 3 asking price offers within a week of going on the market. He was persistent in finding us a place to buy which again happened quickly. We then hit lockdown and I saw lots of other chains break down but Arins were key in keeping ours alive. Communication was excellent and open from start to finish. I really felt I could trust Harry (how many agents can you say that about?) This was my 4th house purchase and with some agents you wonder what you're paying them for. That's not the case with Arins. They work hard for you and I'd recommend them all day long.

Arins were fantastic throughout the sale of my property. Their regular communication ensured we were always on the same page, and could progress things accordingly. When a buyer fell through, at absolutely no fault of Arins, the property was put back on the market within 24 hours and a new buyer was quickly found. Harry Hook was a pleasure to deal with throughout and I found the other agents I encountered during the sale to be useful and professional.
