During our complicated and stressful sale Richard was extremely efficient and helpful at all times and worked really hard to progress the sale as quickly as possible.
For me personally it was very important that Arins didn't use black PR to sell their service to us - the sellers - when we invited them to our home for valuation, like some other agencies did. And, of course, love the fact that all viewings were conducted of a very high standard.
