S. S.We let through Cintra Estates for the last academic year and had a big property on the fringes of the student area with a large garden. Our house was managed by the landlord, Mr. Butt, who was very responsive and resolved any management queries we had quickly and efficiently. We liaised with the landlord and the office at the end of tenancy and had our deposit back in full within 48 hours of moving out of the property.

J. O.We were a group of 7 boys, previously wen't through both Adams and Westgate estate agents, although they couldn't find us anything up to our standards and Adams were quite pushy with payments, which we didn't like.
We understood that Cintra had some bad rumours flying about, but we still wanted to check all our options, so we decided to go to them after. However, when we went to Cintra they were very friendly, helpful and had lots of options for us that were all of a good quality. We felt prioritised and they supplied a van to take us all around with, which before the other agents didn't and this was quite annoying being made to walk to see each of the households.
Another main point we were happy about was their relaxed nature about the procedure, they weren't pushy and they listened to what we exactly wanted, rather than just supplying us with whatever they had.
Overall, the whole experience with Cintra was fast, easy and successful. I also can't personally pick out any negative points, so I would happily recommend their services to anyone else - especially student housing wise.
P. K.Great Service! Been using them for the last 4 years to rent various different houses over student life (Think I'm on my 5th house from their listing so far, and this one is the best yet!).
They Professional and they will actually help you out in a jam: I remember one time we had a problem with a landlord being absolutley rude and not agreeing to fix anything in his house - Cintra, after not being able to reason with him, just helped us get out of that house (even got us a van) and moved into another one within 24 hours!

M. R.Cintra Estates(Christchurch Road)- adjacent to the University of Reading is simply amazing. The staff working there are very welcoming and quite helpful...... I mean they do not relent until your housing issue/problem is sorted out. As a foreign/international student my greatest headache when I got University Admission was where to live especially since University Accommodation was exhausted. I dropped them and other Letting Agents an e-mail a month before travelling to the UK and unlike the others, they responded effectively giving me several available options. Upon my arrival, I did several viewings free of charge......yes, no fees charged on students, what more could a student want???
What I also like about them is that they do not leave you stranded even after you have let the house. One time I had a problem with plumbing and they took it up with my landlord and the issue was fixed immediately......
