Since the moment we were in contact with the agent/property manager they were accommodating and informative. We moved over to the UK and were unsure of what to expect in terms of accommodation. We had video calls, videos sent and all information over email/whatsapp and the apartment was exactly what we expected when arriving. Our stay was very pleasant. The property was in good condition and the manager very timely if we did have any issues. We had great service from start to end and the perfect little apartment for us. The apartment was also very central to all amenities. Thank you to the company and property managers.

I had a positive experience with the Euro-Link group and Mr Jutla. Apartment suited our needs - and we stayed for over 18 months. Mr Jutla, was also very cordial and we shared a honest rapport. At moments of need he was very flexible. And we did not have any disagreements on even a trivial matter. I never negotiated with him incontext to security deposit - which was returned as soon as the final inspection was undertaken. I happily recommend the agency!!!

It was a great stay. They (Mr. S Jutla and his son Rumi Jutla) respond quickly to tenant's issues and are always ready to help. They are kind, warm and genuinely concerned about the comfortable stay of tenants.

I was a tenant with Euro-Link in Reading for a year and a half. Right from the get go they were very accommodating. I was able to move in within a few days of seeing the property, they had removed the microwave as I had requested and provided me with a vacuum cleaner instead. Whenever I had an issue, no matter how minor, they would send somebody to check within the next couple of days. At one point I told them my place was too cold in winter - the next day they had left an electric heater for me. I also knew that I might have to move out at short notice, depending on my work. Though the contract said a minimum of two months was needed, when I did finally move out, they had found somebody to replace me within a month, and I was able to stop paying on the day I left the place. I also got the full deposit back without any issues. All in all, I was very happy with my experience with Euro-Link. Though they are a business, they never forgot the human touch, making the partnership a very pleasant one.

I stayed around 2+yrs in the property without any issues, all the services provided was up to the mark.The location was so good and convenient , walkable to Reading main train station, Grocery stores and Reading town centre. Euro-link service are very nice and prompt action was taken in case of any issues within the property.Its really pleasure to stay and I strongly recommend taking the services with Euro-link. I stayed with Eurolink for around 6 months and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. Really thorough and quick to respond to any issues. The property I stayed in had recently been refurbished to an excellent standard and was a real pleasure to stay in. The inventory was one of the most comprehensive I had ever encountered which made exit very easy. On moving in I had 48 hours to add my own observations and these were dealt with promptly and effectively. I would use them again!

I'd recommend Euro-Link. Rented with them for a year (2018-19) and a few months. They're reliable, and quite transparent about their fees too (I rented before the new law that removed agency fees). If I had any problems they handled it immediately. They can always be reached by text message in case of emergencies. The roof was leaky when it rained, they found a solution immediately. I had to end my tenancy early due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating. They were very professional when they conducted viewings before I vacated the flat, they always notified by email well in advance or by text message sometimes if needed. They had a recommended professional cleaner who will guarantee your deposit back once they have cleaned the property before check out.

Flats are well maintained and looked after. Owner is really nice and helpful. Quick response to queries. Issues are resolved quickly. Well in budget houses and flats. Have all the options as per tenants budget. Properties are professionally cleaned. I can recommend their services and confirm that they offer a very professional service.
