K. W.Great experience from initial house valuation to the whole completion exercise. Oliver was the only Estate Agent I explored who came prepared in terms of setting a realistic expectation on the house value (he was armed with all local houses and their actual sale prices in the past few years), but was also fully supportive if I wanted to try a slightly higher initial house guide price.
They kept me informed of feedback of all viewings, made suggestions on how we might enhance pictures or property descriptions, and I felt all along they remained fully focused on the job in hand. At no stage did I feel they had other more important clients.
In terms of the team, I dealt with Oliver, Adam and Holly, and in all cases they seemed to have a consistent ethic of professionalism and positivity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any would-be home vendor.
