I would like to mention one particular employee who has made our experience with Haart a great one. We have struggled with renting our property through a particular Haart branch and after sending a complaint, we were told that Emma Saunders would look into the complaint and resolve the matter. Emma has been an absolute gem, following up on matters professionally and with high levels of customer service. I hope she will be able to continue to manage our property as we have enjoyed the smooth correspondences we have had with her.
