Jon Rosi have managed my rental properties for over 8 years. One of the properties had a leak through the roof from the flat above. John, Jane and Karen managed the issues expertly, supporting the tenant, managing the repairs, handling the insurance claim and keeping me updated throughout. I would absolutely recommend them to a prospective landlord.

I have been renting through Jon Rosi for the last 5 years now and have never had any cause for complaint. The team in the office have always been so friendly, helpful and kind. I've been particularly impressed with how well they have adapted throughout 2020, ensuring us as tenants are still being supported in whatever way we've needed. I had a extremely professional service from Jon himself. He was always professional and slightly ‘Old school’ in customer service, which was most welcome in this day and age. Jon was really instrumental in getting from offer through to completion in a stress free manner, calling me on updates and minor changes. The little details were appreciated such as being posted out the particulars on a property once offer accepted and tips for upgrading my purchase. I have dealt with several agents in Reading and Jon stands out a genuine independent estate agent who are a great rarity in the industry. I hope to work with Jon again in the future and would highly recommend.
