Great service, good communications, very helpful and responsive. Always there to help - very professional. I would like to say special Thank you to Daniela and Jessie, with helping us move in quickly and smoothly during the beginning of the pandemic. They were very helpful and understanding when we locked ourselves outside of the property on the first day of moving in; came to help us even outside of working hours. Really appreciated. I've been renting for a good few years in Reading, and as I got older and more experienced I started looking less at the houses per se, and filtering more heavily on the estate agents. There's so many awful estate agents that do the most minimum work and overcharge you for the privileges. Kings has been a welcome change to that, and during my tenancy with them they've been fantastic and really easy to work with. All of the ladies I've dealt with there have been a pleasure, but special thanks to the very charming; Alliyah, Daniela & Lauren. And also Jessie, but I think she's left now.

When we arrive at Reading we visited and arranged appointments with many lettings agencies. We were quite frustrated. Almost all had hardly any real ‘quality’ time for real people. They were focusing on time efficiency and, I assume, on making money. We knew about Kings in Caversham by chance. They were the first to actually spend time listening on what we needed and trying to put ‘human’ input to help us. They showed us a couple of houses right on the spot (without appointments) and finally we found ‘the one’ two days later. The staff has been very friendly, helpful and understanding since we entered our rented house until we have left it two and half years later. We have had many problems with gutters, blocked drains, plumbing, change of old locks and electrical stuff. But they have always, and I’d like to stress ‘always’, been dealing with them very quickly and diligently. Also, we have never had to pay a single penny, unless it clearly was our fault. So, in my humble opinion, Kings is a lettings agency that keeps the human side when doing things. Of course they must make money and you pay for some things some extra money. But you don’t have the feeling that you are constantly paying, no matter how little, as soon as you ask for something. Also, as far as I know they have also protected the landlord’s interest quite well. Both parties have been very satisfied overall with Kings performance. So far, the best lettings agency we’ve worked with.
