We bought a house which was marketed by Neville Turner and the service we received from Barbara was second to none. She chased the chain through to completion, keeping us informed at every stage. I truly believe we never would have completed had it not been for her hard work and dedication.

I have dealt with Neville Turner twice in last couple of years with buying our property then subsequently selling the same property. All the staff are very professional and provide an excellent service. It is well known that selling ones home is a stressful business but we found that by using Neville Turner this was reduced to a minimum. From my first phone call with Lewis, the initial viewing and the whole buying process until completion day when we collected the keys from Barbara, we felt in very safe hands with Neville Turner. Our chain was long and stretched into London, Covid19 meant everything took longer, it was fraught but Barbara was on it, chased more parts of the chain than she was supposed to and was responsible not only for holding the chain together, but ensuring it did so without taking an additional 3 months. We spoke daily at times, I can't recommend them more highly!
