Jennie gave me several options that would suit my property, she was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. By using Northwoods guaranteed rent scheme I have been able to remove all the stress and worry between rental periods because in fact I never have a rental period anymore. My rent is guaranteed so I can budget my expenses with my income. Aside from the odd maintenance issue, which you are flexible enough to allow me to do myself; I would hardly know I had the flat. Furthermore, judging by the condition of the property on my last inspection the quality of the tenants is excellent. I have used Northwood for several years for the rental of my properties. I have found them to be honest and personable which is hard to come by estate agents these days. They have managed the properties with close attention to detail which has left me at peace knowing they are well looked after. The only issue was a few months ago when I experienced difficulties with communications regarding a property visit and that was a rather difficult time. I recently bought a flat through Northwood Reading. Due mainly to an issue with the numbering of the property, it took nine frustrating months from having my offer accepted to completing.
