Alan at Parkers Theale was an absolute diamond, he helped me through many problems I had with my purchase as the vendors were an absolute nightmare having tried to sell their property twice through two different estate agents without either estate agents knowing or the prospective purchasers (me being one of them). It all got sorted out in the end and I moved in to my new purchase on the 20/09/2019 at Aldermaston Wharf. Alan was on the end of a phone 24/7 and without his help I probably would have walked away from the purchase. Great Estate Agents and Highly recommended. :-)

I have been looked after by Georgia and Natasha for 5 years as a private tenant and can't recommend them enough! They are helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Whenever I had any issues regarding repairs to the property, I new I was in safe hands and it would be resolved quickly. Parkers have been absolutely amazing throughout our house sale and move, from day one when Alan visited to provide a valuation throughout the proceedings to completion. Alan is friendly, charming and professional,he put us under no pressure to sell but was quickly able to get things moving when we decided to. His valuation was spot on and we had a buyer within a week of putting the house on the market. Ellie was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the home visits as Parkers carried out the viewings. Emma has been fantastic, updating us as things proceeded via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for the house sale and liaising with the other parties on the chain and the Solicitors. We have just sold our house through Parkers estate agents (Theale Office). I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and the professional service we received. Simon Gregory was our lead agent. He was professional, knowledgeable and proactive. After our house being on the market with other agents for 18 months, we had three offers in the first two weeks once we moved to Parkers. The photos were great, including aerial photos. Simon and his team (Alan England and James Barston) arranged multiple viewings and were always courteous and helpful - even managing two large dogs in the process. Emma George was the Parkers Sales Progressor who managed the sale after the offers were accepted. She was our lifeline when times were hard (difficulties further down the chain). She calmly sorted out issues with solicitors and agents and was always knowledgeable and professional. Emma kept us all motivated and believing that it would all come together.
