Property IQ far exceeded my expectations. Having chosen to go with a local, established agent, my house remained unsold after 8 weeks and new viewings had dried up. I decided to give Alun a go although I was nervous about going with a new agency as I really needed to sell quickly. However, Alun instilled confidence in me and that was justified as he adopted a creative, expert approach which resulted in my house being sold in under two weeks from instruction. I engaged Alun at Property IQ to sell my home on a friend’s recommendation and found him open, friendly and innovative. The Virtual Tour appealed to the geek in me, and his marketing strategy was different from other estate agents. Our home had been on the market with a traditional high-street Estate Agent for just over a year. During this time we had only five viewings, two of which were highly disappointing as the viewers’ basic requirements were not met by our property, something that could easily have been addressed by the agent prior to the viewing. In March of this year (2017), Alun and Brian of PropertyIQ approached us, having noted that our property had been on the market for some time. The photography package which included a true 3D virtual reality walkthrough was fantastic value, given that it was cheaper than the high street agent’s set of still photos. Their fixed fee of £2,500 (no sale, no fee) saved us a substantial sum of money over the high street percentage-commission based fees. PropertyIQ proposed an anticipated timeline of sixteen weeks to sell our property, the reality was that after just six weeks and two (very focused) viewings, our property had sold to the ideal purchaser and for the full asking price.
