Update: situation has been sorted and in a timely manner with understanding thankyou RNR
Worst agents I've been with.
I've had water problems since I've moved in currently unable to wash my hair or shower/bathe properly for the last 13days. Upon my little niece coming to visit she had been burnt due to the inconsistency of the water which I had highlighted before moving in and raised as a repair once moved in.
Upon letting RnR know about the incident (see attached photos) I didn't get an apology or even a hi instead I was asked if I need someone to show me how to use it (the broken tap/shower) so they've left me without a decent water supply, enabled a kid to be burnt and not apologised whilst basically calling me incompetent to use a shower.
I was told a the tap would be replaced instead they came and tightened it which made no difference to the situation. I was then called back and told they are working on a solution...Still nothing.
Now they are asking me if I know how to use a shower that they know is already broken. With a rush to take my money before my tenancy even began.
I've left London to come to Reading thinking I'd be in a better position but instead I'm an dealing with inconsistency and bad management. I am sure if i was the same colour as the landlord I would not in this situation.
