A good customer experience throughout. Dan Hind patiently answered my long list of questions of renting out my property, I was provided with a good startup pack, checklist and guidance. I was guided all the way with the necessary repairs; the process of trades men sourcing, property marketing and viewing arrangements down to selecting tenants was done in utmost professionalism and efficiency. The whole experience with the lettings team gave me a peace of mind which money sometimes cannot buy. I recently bought my property from Roman’s in Tilehurst and the negotiator dealing with the sale was Luke Meeajaun. The sale process did have some hiccups but through Luke’s skill, knowledge and calm persona the chain completed on time to everyone’s satisfaction and delight I can’t speak too highly of Luke who provided to me excellent customer service . In my opinion he is an asset to Romans - don’t lose him !!
