We have been Romans Landlords for numerous years but recently had to find new tenants for our property in Woodley and thanks to Darren Leung who worked hard to find some new tenants quickly for us. If you are looking to Sell or Buy in Woodley then look no further Romans is the place to GO! I recently SOLD my property with them and the service was OUTSTANDING. Helping at each step from coming to value my property, mortgage advice, dealing with solicitors, recommending removals companies to get quotes from etc, they were AMAZING! Special mention to Warren Hendry, Phil Randall and Alison Savva who who kept me informed along the way and I could aways get hold of. BTW for Removals I used PRS who were great. On behalf of a retained client I've just completed on the purchase of a property being sold through Romans. My main point of contact throughout the search and then the negotiation and conveyance was Kyle Johnston, and occasionally Josh Bebb. Kyle was proactive in telling me of suitable houses coming to the market and fully understood and co-operated with my role as the buyers' agent acting on behalf of my clients. Although Romans use a remote 'sales progressor' once a house is under offer, Kyle continued to help in communication with the vendors and to provide timely access to the house for various third party surveys. Some of Romans' processes reflect the nature of its expanding business, but with Sales Negotiators such as Kyle, Romans still manages to maintain the essential human touch.

Having to relocate due to our work is always stressful, but Romans were on hand with an excellent, bubbly agent in the form of Varah Phillips. I can not stress how refreshing it was to deal with someone who genuinely understood what we were looking for, and not suggest irrelevant homes as so many other estate agents were keen to do, including I have to say other branches of Romans. My only gripe in the whole process would be the fees but that is a nationwide issue and Romans charges are not as high as some others, but I must admit not as cheap as some too. With tentative staff like Varah it was a pleasure and delight to both search and find the right home for us. If you are looking for a home to let in the Woodley area for me there is no other agents than Romans, especially with Varah on hand! Thank you again to the team at Romans.
