It has been such a breath of fresh air working with Luke Richardson in the Reading office. He is polite, professional, HELPFUL, and just a pleasure to be in contact with. He did not rush the viewing, allowed us to look around at our own pace and answered all our questions consistently. Simple things like making sure there was parking available for us or provided instructions on where we can park just makes the whole experience so much easier for us.
