As with a lot of house buying and selling we had experienced long and protracted issues with selling our house. We then instructed Strutt and Parker in Pangbourne and were allocated Alice to deal with our sale. Not only was she proactive in keeping us up to date with the situation, she was calm and we felt we could rely on her. Things got difficult towards the end when dates were changed and issues arose.
