When James Fletcher (Valuation Manager) visited our home, he was extremely respectful and professional in his approach. Out of all the local estate agents in the area, James valued our home in a different way to the rest. He didn’t just use standard data that all the other agents use, he looked outside the box, took everything into consideration and gave a fair valuation of our home. We managed to achieve a sale price £100,000 over what the rest of the agents had valued our property at. They were also selling a property ideal for mum so we can only have good things to say about how they looked after the family as this was a tough move for mum moving from the family home. No hard sell, sold mum's property for asking price within 2 weeks. Special thanks to Riccardo who sensitively looked after us as mum fell in love with her new apartment.
