It was a very slow process encumbered by COVID restrictions, people working from home etc. But Danielle always returned my calls and emails and had the knack of getting the information from us that was both needed and required. To have an intermediary contact to enable the communication between all buyers, sellers and solicitors, throughout the chain and navigate us to a positive conclusion was invaluable. Have for the first time used these guys for buying a house on behalf of my elderly parents , since the outset , I’ve found them to be efficient, straight forward, and very easy to deal with , for me it was very important to be in touch as soon as I needed, and I quick response as I live abroad, this didn’t seem in any way to be a problem for the team in any way , not only that they were very friendly and helpful through every step of the way!
