Having worked with Whiteknights for the purchase of our house 29 years ago they were the natural choice when it came to sell. Scot Marlin was able to accurately sum up the current local market conditions for our immediate area (Calcot) and provide a realistic market value for our property. From arranging professional photographs and marketing material, hosting an initial live virtual viewing via facebook, to the pre-vetting of potential viewers and arranging viewings, the time from start of marketing to receiving an offer was just under a month which helped us move quickly to secure the property we were looking for. Danielle and John in the dedicated sales progression team were always available to advise and help co-ordinate between our conveyancers and buyers to get through the stressful bumps that were thrown up along the way to a successful exchange and completion.
